does it mean anything in the cold light of day?
spice is the variety of life, sometimes it's not quite the way you want
so we promise
- to answer queries on the phone or by email (although, unfortunately, we are not
psychic - yet)
- to keep you informed about the progress of your order (unfortunately, we can't promise that
no news is good news)
- to talk you through problems if they occur, so we can find
out if your wonderful new gadget/thingy is really broken. we will then
ask for it back, so we can test it before organising a replacement
- that if we can't get what you want, we will give you your
money back
...and let us tell you a little secret
because some of the funkier accessories are in high demand, with
limited supply, you may have to wait a while if we are out of stock. we
will always try and get your order to you as soon as we can
items supplied from stock are sent by Royal Mail, so they can be
delivered to any UK address. we will deliver to anywhere you are in the
world, sometimes for a extra fee, sometimes not
none of this affects you statutory rights under the laws of England and
Wales, although obviously we'd prefer it if you didn't sue us
